Rashomon Escape accepts children aged 9 and above for three missions: The Museum, The Heist, and The Pharaoh.

Groups of children under 15 cannot play alone; they must be accompanied by an adult who counts as a player in the room's capacity. It is therefore possible to be 5 children and one adult.

It is otherwise possible to request the Rashomon animator option ( 30€), which allows you to have a group of 6 children in the game, since the animator doesn't count as a player. This option is available in your basket before validating it.

Due to possible special lighting effects, atmospheres, or unique sound effects, we kindly request that you consult with us in the case of pregnancy, claustrophobia, or epilepsy.

We also advise against our horror room, "The Elevator," for those under 16, people with heart conditions, and pregnant women. Rashomon Escape reminds you that it is always possible to exit the room if necessary!

- Our games are not accessible to people with reduced mobility, visually impaired, or hearing impaired individuals.

- One must be in full control of oneself (not under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances).

Rashomon Escape welcomes teams of 2 to 6 players per game. Depending on the game, the Crime Room has a limit of 5 players. The gameplay process does not allow for an optimal experience beyond 6 players. However, this does not prevent your group from playing in multiple separate rooms. Are you 8 people? Book two of our games for the same time slot and split into two groups of 4.

You've made a reservation and one of your friends can't make it? Nothing is nominative, so you can invite another person to take their place. However, please note that no refund will be possible if a team member is absent according to article L.221-28.

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code and given that an escape game session is a live event, no modifications or cancellations are possible after confirmation. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the online reservation request forms are accurately completed and to double-check information such as the number of participants, the time, and the date of the reservation before confirming your booking.

Yes, all our games have rates for 2 players and can be played by 2 players.

Currently, none of our missions are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, as our games include minor physical challenges.

You should plan for 1 hour and 30 minutes on-site. The game itself lasts 1 hour, with an additional 30 minutes allocated for rule explanation, mission briefing, debriefing, and taking a souvenir photo.

We recommend wearing comfortable and non-staining attire. It is not advisable to wear high heels or any other clothing that may restrict your movements.
No equipment is necessary: electronic devices, paper, pencils, calculators, etc. will not be needed during your mission.

For safety reasons, an emergency stop button is located in each game, allowing you to quickly open the exit door.
Additionally, you are constantly monitored in each of Rashomon Escape's rooms. This measure ensures your safety, helps ensure the proper use of equipment, and assists us in guiding you if necessary.
We are therefore able to react as needed.

Reservations are made online, on our website. Payment is made by credit card via a secure platform. Rashomon Escape reserves the right to accept, refuse or charge any reservation modification request.
